Great hunt..with great hunters. Most of y'all great soilders.

I like it. That hog was sure a big ole rascal. But what Amazed me was how big he was and how small his feet were.

Well hate to hear about your dog. I pulled in one time and two dogs were killing my kids show goats. I realized when I drawed down on them they were cur dogs. I went and caught the dogs. They had collars with nameplates I was a bit upset at first but after a minute I ask the hog hunters to pay for the goats. Both boys paid me for what I had paid for the goats and I could respect them for that  My kids show and work hard and love there animals if someone's dog is killing
My animals I will do any means necessary to kill that dog. I hate your dogs got killed but they were doing something they were not supposed to be. I know it was not on porpoise but it happened

I will say this I like everyone one of those guys who failed.at gator country. I see it is a rule is a rule. I have spoken to one of them about this im not running them down they did fail and the rule states no exception They took another polygraph test at the tdha and passed. Here is what I see about this. The trail of tears tournament leader was on the team that failed at gator country then he gives another at tdha to say they past. So one says they failed one says they passed damn lieing a$$ polygraph. Like I said I will be happy to shake anyone of these boys hands on that team that failed. I will stand behind what i say and will not run from it. The trail of tears organization is who stoped the barrs from being in the contest and he has had this bullchit happened in his competion. He did it to try and make it fair. But when his team fails the polygraph at gator country he gives them another and says they pass. Bump explain this to me if you don't mind.

I entered all the contest this year we hunt a different place every time we went out. Several places we have never hunted for a contest. It is ashame that it has came to this. I enjoy pushing my dogs and enjoy the group I hunt with. We have caught more hogs in a month then we usally would catch all year. It has been fun. The tdha hunt was put together good and it was a successful hunt. Gator country had a nice turn out and we enjoyed it. The eastfork was a nightmare to most. Someone did fail the polygraph at gator country. The trail of tears stole money from me. Witch I would like to have my money back. Im not threatening with a lawyer. Im saying straight up you stole money from me Witch is steeling from my family and ain't no damn lawyer needed for that.

Joey I'm going to get me a tournament called trails of integrity.  They can get there lawyer and sue me it will cost them way more money in the long run.  The trouble stems from one individual and the light is on him to fix what he has broke.

Not saying it right wrong nothing but most comments on here have been about me me me. So you have hogs to hunt which i understand because people like to shot them eat them and hunt with dogs all of which i love to do. But what about the land owners that the hogs you cut go to and eat there crops destroy the field and take food off of the table. What about those people that the barrs effect are your ambitions to catch hogs for yourself weigh more than the farmer that cant pay the bills because the hogs killed his crops? This is all just questions im interested in everybodies though process here. personally i would kill every hog and never hunt them again if it would help the farmers survive and feed their families bc in the long run they feed me as well.

I will say this. That piece of property you are hunting in point blank if he gave me open range to hunt it there would not be any hogs left on it in 3 months. I hunted it one day took two hogs off with young dogs. I didn't even know anything about that land. The reason I was ask to come hunt that place is because I removed hogs for another rancher friend of his. We cleaned house. I only release where im allowed. Remove where im ask to. I did not release any of those hogs that came out of point blank and i never will do to his request.

I will tell you guys this. If i wanted the hogs gone on my places I have to hunt they would be gone. In easttexas we have been working hogs along time and still do it. Every place I have that wanted the hogs gone they are gone. I will make rounds through these ranches just to check. There might be a few move in but as soon as they do we clean house. Look at our numbers. More than 15 hogs a day on our hunts. If i did that every day well we wouldn't have any hogs. Also you have to remember in our part of Texas we like hogs. There are not many white tail deer and the hogs are good for the gun hunters to hunt.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. But all my dogs are forsale. I just found out they are culls.  These dogs will find bay and stay with any hog but they will also find barrs. Willing to trade for a boar dog only. The reason for selling these dogs cause they find to many hogs especially barrs. The price will vary on them.
They are inbred also. Some have scars from barrs to prove they bay barrs.
One of these days I will figure this dog thing out.
I'm going to see if I can spend my summer with caney creek so I can get educated on what makes a boar dog.
These dogs are also help dogs they help catch barrs.
I hope I covered what all they do. But if i missed something ask I will tell you more about them.

Chance why do y'all won't to give away those barr's at a tournament? I hope y'all stay away from my neck of the woods.I have cuaght 2 over 300 and turned them back because i don't need them to eat.I cut alot of hogs every year.

We only turn them in at a tournament. The two barrs that could not be turned in we made sausage out of both.

Lol Chance we went to my 3 dogs bayed and they had a nice boar hog bayed. Maybe 250lbs but he kept on walking with the dogs. Ask rowdy about it. We were trying to get up close enough to rope him but he kept braking. Rowdy was telling me that we should go ahead and jump on him. I started laughing and i told him to call your dad and he said with what? He said i dont have my phone.

You got to watch that boy. If he can get close he will make a move even if its the wrong move.lol I knew there would be some talking going on between ya'll two. He is a mighty fine hand I just have to becareful with him he will catch a big hog with no help. For the people who don't know Rowdy he weighs 85 pounds thinks he is 10 foot tall and bullet proof.

We entered theses competions to try not to be sorry sports about what all we have posted. Mike im done with the no Barr competions after this year. I will say this I did not stand by the trailer at weigh in I stood away and watched people came to our trailer and was amazed by the real trophies in the trailer. The people just had to see how big this hog was he was a one of a kind. We did not complain we accepted the prize for biggest Barr. We got congratulated on our hunt before we even weighed in. To me it was like we won but didn't get the award by the tournament. Gator country did a good job of entertaining they had alot to look at for the kids. I think gator country could be one of the best tournaments out there if it allowed barrs in the stringer.  The hunt was great. It was another great hunt with good friends. We have some great stories that we will never forget.
One good one is that we had a split bay Mfkennels and Rowdy went together to a bay Rowdy is my 12 year old boy. Neither had a phone so they were separated from us for over two hours we had no clue where they were. I was only imaging what they were into. Both are pretty head strong. We were joking on what they convinced each other to do. Lol  They showed back up in one piece.
Walking over a mile to get to the dogs baying that big Barr was a,nightmare of its own. Then getting him out was no easy chore.
Great people great times.

I know his son well. He lives about 3 miles from me. He must still have a few dogs cause his grandson went hunting with him the other day and posted pictures on Facebook

Ok what if you get a ticket But not proven guilty in the court of law.

Cantex the reason I ask is the gamewarden says it is,not a game law.  Thats why it is ask!

Trespass is not a game law. If someone has any legit law on this I would like to see it. Trespassing is under the penal code. Getting a trespassing ticket is no different than getting a speeding ticket. But i would like to see proof that it is a game.law.

Kevin glad you came to clear it up. I was told the polygraph failed. That was not correct for anyone to say that. Hope we will see ya'll at gator country. Sorry it went this far and things were sad that should not have been said. You and Kyle are stand up guys.
