speaking of milk...when I was a little kid I was at my grandpa's house and he kept a jersey milk cow...well out in the pasture I saw two of my grandpa's shoats sucking on the cows teats and drinking the milk...

same here bud we put the cow in the stantion to milk . Three of our pigs came in and started nurcing . They got pened up that night . Lol

Any body know a hog buyer in oklahoma ? I am going to be catching them off a hog ranch . Some may be part russian . I have thirty days to do it . Need a place too go with them .

Sounds like to many dogs . Heck you catch a hog who is going to handle all them dogs. But a poodle may work . If it will run and bay a hog it will work . Only pure dogs i have is my hounds . A cur is just that a cur .

Any body rember no tracking equipment ? Grandpa sit out and listened to the music and enjoyed it . That is the joy of owning a hound . When he had enough he would pull out the old cow horn and call the hounds in. Good times im tellin ya. That is the best of hunting . I love to set and listen to a bugle mouth hound work a long track . Its not the catch that does it for me . Its the music and the friendship of a hunting buddy. Alot of tail gate bull number 2ing .

I have seen it first hand . Not my cows but a neibor has reg angus cattle . I was looking to see if hogs were coming in to a feeder . seen a cow  break water right after about 20 hogs came out of the creek and circled all around her . I went out there to run them off . They ran me off . I called the owner he came down and shot three. The cow had already calved before he got there . We went out there the calf was alive but the navel cord was pulled out plus the guts. They had been eaten .

I have seen kennel dogs face bark each other and then turn to agression . Even when in a dog box . Alot to do with boredom not getting out to do any thing . I went to a big kennel to look at a hound pup . The adult dogs were trying to fight through the hence . I keep mine tied aways apart and dont have any prob .

Pup may get killed first time out . No hog dog pup is worth that kinda money . If papered ! Well those papers dont help him any .

I wouldn't call ya stupid. I would say u sound like a decent fella trying to help someone out that was taken advantage of. I have been invited to hunt with others myself. Personally I will not go back unless invited again. I have been hunting with some guys for 5 weeks now but I always thank them for inviting me after each hunt. I also tell them that if they want me to go again just holler. They have called each week. If they don't call again I will check in a few times by phone but would never return to that property. This is just how I was raised. It is a shame so many my age and younger were not raised this way.

This ol boy will get what's coming in due time. Until then don't let this scorn u to bad.

Good dogs have cought alot of hogs with them . They are not for sale to any body in central oklahoma . Not any culls in the bunch . Culls dont live here . Prefer to sell the lot To one person . Yea where is he from ? I drove from north central oklahoma to trinity  TX to get a finished cat bitch . Guy would never answer the phone after i picked her up.  she will go to a bay if you walk her within 100 yards. And she ir rough. But by no means a finished dog hell she dont even hunt . So i know how you feel . A big waist of gas plus a sorry dog . Gave her away.

I can't imagine taking somebody that I don't know all that well or have just met to my best places. I also don't understand hunting with people that would do such as this guy has to you. Maybe I'm just different but I'm not going hunting with some jackleg that I think MIGHT even have the fleeting thought to go behind my back. It seems to me that if you look back on when you first met this person,....you probably missed or ignored a red flag of some sort.....that's what people can't seem to see and take the needed actions to remove this person from anything to do with you. Luckily I've never had that problem and pray that I never do. Good luck with this.

Kids like that is what's ruinin it for us younger guys tryin to get our foot in the door and learn the right way from the experienced dogmen.

last year i gave him my best dog and a pitt . He was catching hogs. Both dogs are dead now. One from neglect the other a hog got . So i helped him get two black mouth pups going good . See what i get for that . Have even bought him gas so he could come hunt . Im stupid as hell .
