My Monkey dog is real good at this and I use the term "relay" in my posts. Last winter we got him in a group of hogs at 5:30 PM. He caught one, I legged it and he "relayed" and had another caught before I could get the first one tied. I left my buddy with the first hog, I went to the second catch (that was about 300 yards away) and when I legged that hog, Monkey left again. By 6:15 we had caught and tied 4 hogs..........out of that one group by Monkey "relaying" and going on another hog as soon as I legged the one he had caught.
Thats fun when you can do that!!
