Here is one I built last year.  I would make a couple of changes on a new one.  I used 1" square tube 1/8" wall, I would use a little thinner material on a new one. This one is HEAVY.
I also would put an additional bar on the rear, I have some concern that a dog will hang a leg while jumping off the back of mine.
