I was coming up with a pretty high dosage of ivermectin in my math too.
Which brings on another question....
I am reading that people use a dime size amount of Zimectrin Gold, which has 1/2 the amount of praziquantel of Equimax. Yet they still say it clears the tapes. It seems to me that would be a fraction of the dose one would need when using the figure of 170mg praz.
In order to keep the ivermectin to a "safe" amount, one should not be able to get enough praziquantel to be effective...
I know I will have to order some fishtape for my aussies, as they cannot have ivermectin, but I was hoping to be able to hit the curs with the equimax... Now I don't know what the heck is the best thing to do....
