I'm not a vet, and so I'm not going to get in the habit of recommending doses of medications for other's animals. With any antibiotic, weight will determine dosage but so will the severity of the infection.
But I will say this. 1 ml of Amoxi-drops = 50 mg amoxicillin. You can use the dose of the drops prescribed by your vet and do the math.
Personally, if you followed the vet's specific instructions and the problem persists I would think you may have something else going on that needs to be evaluated.
