Anytime you see workers on the side of a highway putting in that orange pipe about 2.5" to 3" in dia on those big reels they pull behind trucks, stop and ask them for some pull string. Mule tape is nothing more then the pull string pre-laid inside of the innerduct or orange pipe that fiber optics will soon be pulled into via said mule tape.
