They would be just like these "smartphone" cell phones these days.  Heck, you can take one of these phones and pretty much initiate nuclear war if you so desire, but damn if you can call somebody across town without loosing service or dropping the call.

That's the truth. I am on my 4th "Smart Phone" in less than 6 months! It either drops calls, or I sound like Charlie Brown talking into it...
