Bonus hogs are just individual hogs that you can win bonus money on. If you bring in the hog with the biggest tusk out of the dog-knife division you win $350. Same thing for maybe biggest sow, longest sow teeth, biggest boar, ect. Each bonus hog can win you $350 in addition to what you may win with the heaviest 5.
