Most of my bmc's don't normally come in for the first time until they are between 13 and 16 months old. I have had some of my cats come in as early as 7 months. The cats seem to be more on a 6 month schedule whereas the bmcs have a tendency to run on a 7 to 8 month schedule. I can "sometimes" get them to come in a couple of weeks early by putting them next to a bitch in heat. I have cross bred the two breeds and find they range from the cat side all the way to the bmc. I have 1 bmc that cycles every 10 months. Is this the info you are looking for?
