I know concrete is a pain to pour. However, once you do it it is done. I have been using the same kennels for 28 years.

I would look at the haydite tiles you can buy from Home Depot for .85 cents each. That would be better than rock. You will always have trouble with worms if you cannot clean the pens good. I hit mine often with bleach and that does the trick.
