I do the "flip" on most up to 225#'s, bigger than that, I usually go with the "reach around"

Sounds pretty gay, I know, but it works real well(especially by yourself) for the big guys that are hard to turn.
Here's how you do it, once you've got his hind legs under control, let go with your right hand and reach under the rib cage to the front(left) diagonal ankle. Once you've got a good grip, just lean into him, and he'll roll onto that front shoulder that you've got. Proceed to switch hands(on that same front ankle, which should be on the bottom) and place your other hand on the rear(bottom) ankle, knee on neck. It's kind of a greco-roman wrestling move when done right

Note: Make sure you leave a good bulldog on the whole time you attempt this, as they will sometimes get back up if you're not quick enough..... trust me on this
