I'm 6 foot tall but still only a buck sixty so definitely not a big guy.

150 or lower I normally just get one front and one back leg, pick them up and throw them down.

On larger ones, I find that the farther you can get the hind end off the ground, the easier they go over. I also start by pushing with my left arm (weak side) until the pig starts staggering in that direction, then I pull on the left and throw it with the right.

On the really big ones, since there are always two of us, one person gets the hind legs and the other reaches under for the far front leg and pile drives it to the ground.

I guess that there are lots of ways to do it but I always find that the farther you get the ass off the ground, the easier the go down.
