Ftwdogo, sounds like you're off to a good start. Find someone to go with, keep an open mind, be willing to do anything told and LISTEN. I don't know you but it sounds like you need help and are willing to learn. I'd suggest you keep reading, watching and listening and when you are 100% ready move to step 2. Post a new thread, introducing yourself and call out on anyone close to Fort Worth. Title it "Ft. Worth area, looking for hunting buddies". Someone will post up and make it clear that you just want to tag along, be shown the ropes and be as hepful on the hunt as you could possibly be. This is by far the best hog hunting site and there are a lot of great people that wouldn't mind you tagging along. One more piece of advise, while in the woods learning, you'll learn a lot if you truly listen. As long as you listen and provide a helping hand, you will make great lifelong friends and learn a bunch.
