yes a good strike dog should keep it in one place but not catch, that 's how you get vet bills unless you like a running catch dog and a rough pack. I prefer my strike dog to bay and put teeth just to hold the pig until the help arrives. What I don't like is a dog the trails you and has been tagged strike dog...
