Do you think the 2 miles has more to do with the "tone" feature in some units, and less to do with the shock feature?

We will be taking the Tri Tronics sales rep on a hunt this weekend, I'll ask him what gives with the two mile range.

While I am at it, I am also going to ask him if ETHD members can get some type of discount on TriTronics products.
