I got a buddy that only runs two strike/bay dogs on the ground(sometimes 3) and 3-4 CDs. He doesn't seem to have any problems catching hogs. But I tend to run about 3-4 strike dogs on the ground and 1 or 2 CDs and don't seem to have much of a problem either. Guess it just depends on whatcha like.
