Alex you are very very welcome. I would first let the pup get a little more age then get a live trap and catch a coon, let the pup start bayin it good in the cage. Then I would turn the coon out (very carefully) let the pup see it as he took to it start trailin it and treeing it start doing it at futher distances eventually you will be able to let the coon out hours without leting the dog see it and him take it and tree it. Also shot as many coons out of the tree but dont shoot em out right when he trees let him tree a while then shoot em out. He will make you a great dog!
