I stopped by and they gave me the book you get when you pay the $48 for the permit. So if you stop by they may not give you one. But it is online. http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/huntwild/hunt/public/lands/table_contents/ In the rules it says dogs are not allowed unless that park allows them. I only found one that allowed them Feb. 1-21. Some parks say all legal methods. You would have to contact the local game warden and ask. It seems like an easy way to get in trouble if you mess up. ATV use is restricted too. But if you live near the area it may be worth your time to find out.
