In the front of the book it says "In addition to the other applicable statutes or regulations, a person on Public Hunting Lands commits an offense if that person:"
"Dogs
 uses a dog to hunt deer, turkey, or exotic mammals (including
feral hogs) except as provided for hunting feral hogs on the
certain public hunting areas (see Legal Game box on the unit
maps for seasons, bag limits and restrictions);

 uses a dog to hunt furbearers or predatory animals during
daylight hours within an open general season for deer on
public hunting lands;
 fails to keep all dogs in designated campsites confined or
leashed;"

That is why I said if you see a park that says by any legal means call the local game warden and ask. Be sure to right down the date, time, and who you spoke to just in case.
