I do not know about all that but I just asked the local game warden office. They said you can transport anywhere in the state. You just can't move and release with fixing the pig. If you trap or your dogs catch a pig you can release it there. But if you transport it any distance you have to fix it before you release it. So you can transport it for processing no problem.
