Yellar, i'm not that worried about it. We've got a pretty good foundation started from the Tweety/Winchester cross. I'd like to see how these pups turn out and keep all future breedings within these dogs.
As long as they keep producing some good dogs... maybe one day we'll have something.
Sounds like you have a common problem....eventually 20 to 30 dogs on your yard is a must!
On a more serious note I think the breeding makes this sport alot of fun, 2 years ago I would hunt anything that would catch a hog, now I have to raise them..Partly for the sport and partly b/c one bad night that wrecks everything puts most people back on baydog/ the crapshoot of not being able to recreate your good line of dogs.
