i agree with noah, i had a dog that was lost for a week or so.....finnaly found her. she was covered from head to toe with these spots....i looked closer and she had some ticks on her and were the were attached she had the same welps.....i gave her some antibiotics, gave her a good bath, put some flea and tick prevenative on her, gave a couple doses of benadryl(about two days) and she did pretty good.
