Your right, it's hard to beat the old Courts saddles. It's probably better made than most production saddles that's made today. Heck I had an old Hereford saddle for years that was a good saddle, I gave it to a kid a few years ago and he still uses it. The Longhorn saddles were right there with the Billy Cook saddles years ago (top of the line production saddles), I never had either they were the rich boys saddles when I was a youngster. When I got my Hereford on my 14th birthday nobody could have ever convinced me there was ever a better saddle made, lol....
