jhy - They (Catahoulas) are becoming more popular. Still pretty pricey over here, as with all purebreds.
As for the snakes, yeah some deadly buggers over here but being so HOT they are mostly tucked away under a log or something until later at night....SO usually only see a couple during the day & to date never had a dog bit! I know plenty of fellas who have though
This pic is Conch's Bodie's son (about 15mths old) with a boar from the weekend. I imported a couple of dogs early last year. Bodie was mated to the gyp on departure. Looks very much like Conch's Bodie. Still with some filling out to do yet!
