Diamond .. As far as the warranty goes ..According to Dodge if you modifiy it all eng warranty's are void... But it is up to dealers discretion to report the modification or ignore it at the time of repair,,so it allways ends up are you in good with your dealer .. For the lack of acceleration it's hard to make assumption's but I would think there some fault with turbo operation .. The way the filter works if it's working correctly it should not effect power just fuel mileage it takes fuel to make it work..
