All I can say is force necessary to detain him for the police

My friend was at the beach so the keys and his wallet were hidden in his Jeep. He came back and his Jeep was gone. Three years later he got a call from the cops and they had his Jeep. When he got to the the lot he reached under the seat and his wallet was still there cash and all! The thief found the key but not the wallet.
