I have done that too, but was told by more than one vet, and know a guy that lost a whole litter to this. Its just not worth the risk to me, especially on a breeding that you are real excited about, cause that will be the one that gets it.
 That would defenitly be alot cheaper, especially on bigger litters. I got a bull dog fixin to drop any day now, might try that on a couple.
