my dog was shot by property owner

terry my name is monty and i hunt the mallard and 5f and i heared that this guy did this cause the game warnden checked us that same night and i told him that a land owner slash deer hunter cant just shoot a dog if it is on their land. he said if it threatens him or live stock or destrors land then owner or hunter can shoot dog.i told him that deer are not live stock, the shooter told him that he taught the dog was going to bite him so thats why he shot yur dog. and then hunter said you pulled a knife and put it to his chest if so than we should be one less deer hunter. but he was in the wrong for shooting sam and you should have waited til dark. thats why i hunt at dark rite now, the wkend befor that happened i walked right by that same deerstand and theres no way sam could have gotten to that hunter cause its off the ground and metal. me and justin went are going by his travel trailer and letting him no we hog hunt all around him and see what kind of response we get out of him. i hope its good cause he has alot of goats and i would hate to pull that traveltrailer down the road . if he gets away with this im afraid he will do it agian until we stop him. call me we can go hunt 940 210 0055
