I herd of some boys gettin some dogs shot last year hunting during deer season. Not only did they shoot them but they cut the straps off there vest and cut collar and smashed there tracking collars. When it was all said and done the men paid for the dogs, vest, and collars. Now the men that shot the dogs did not own the property. not sure about your situation.
