Slim,

     There's not anything to "tune/program" on the 12v. That's the beauty of the engine right there. All mechanical.  Go ahead and get you a "zero plate", a 4k spring kit, a Bladwin PA2820 air filter,  and some 4-5" exhaust from the turbo back, a pyrometer, and put aside some money for another tranny.

You can find the fuel plates on Ebay for ~$30.00 if you don't want to grind your own.
