The proper dosage for Fenbendazole (Safeguard / Panacur) (A BROAD SPECTRUM WORMER WHICH WILL
NOT
KILL TAPEWORMS) in dogs is 25 mg / lb daily for three consecutive days.
For example, treating a 50 lb. dog would require 1,250 mg daily for three days (50lbs X 25 mg/lb)
A 10% (25 gram) tube of Safeguard Paste contains 2500 mg of Fenbendazole. So to properly treat the dog you would administer 1/2 a tube daily for three days. (2500 / 2 = 1,250)
This is really not that hard to figure out.
