Watch out for puppy millers. There are some with seemingly good reputations but how can you test every breeding dog on your yard when you breed twenty bitches a year? In my opinion, you are better off getting to know some of the guys who hunt much and breed little than the breeding "gurus". In many cases, if you follow the almighty dollar you can figure out what some folks are in it for.
Sorry, I have a strong opinion on this one

Cheers

Coming from bird dogs I thought you got what you paid for. It seems with hog dogs you pay more to get ripped off! The more I hunt the cheaper and better the dogs get. There is one person out there that when I meet again one of us is going down. But it is your time and money to do what you want. But you can go find someone in any downtown and give them the money and at least you will have a warm fuzzy feeling instead of a worthless dog to feed.
