I skin and clean off as much meat as possible. Then get a 5 gallon bucket with a lid, put the head in, cover with water, throw in a hand full of clothes soap and snap the lid on. Slosh it around and put it someplace where it can get as much sun as possible ( this works a hell of a lot faster in the summer )
All the meat will eventually fall of and then you drain off the water and be sure you do it so you can pick up all the teeth. Rinse with water until it comes clear and then put back in bucket, cover with water and add 2 -3 cups of bleach. Let soak about 3-4 days, take out and rinse again with a hose .
let it dry and it will be white as snow.
