if its that many big hogs i would just go hunt that place at night time, i dont know how it is in texas but here theres not that many people out at 1 in the morning, im not saying go hunt his land but if a dog did go over there just walk to them and get them, i think in alabama the dogs owner can park at the property line and walk to get his dog by his self
That's still tresspassing, it's just tresspassing at night. Texas doesn't have a retrieval law like that. With one ticket already it's just begging for trouble and really not helping the situation. It will just guarantee that he doesn't get the permission he needs. Ever hear the joke about the two bulls?
