I have really old gyps reproduce just fine and then some that just won't take and when they finally do they only produce a couple of pups. Just try her and see, the mammary gland should not be an issue as long as it is old injury and completely healed.
You could take her in and spend money having her all checked out, but sometimes that don't work either, so I would just try her, and let the male cover her for a couple days in a row.
