 My b-n-l uses  old kitchen butcher knives there cheap at yard sales less than a dollar each and work good, I got a old PIC from Germany, bought it @ a pawn shop for 10 bucks, had it redone and it's a peach  . There on e-bay all the time for under 20 bucks
