Butt your traps up against the fence facing outward. That should fix your cows eating the bait problem. The hogs will squeeze under the barbed wire from the outside of the pasture. If you can find a good hog trail comming into the pasture place it right in the middle. This is the only way I put mine out in a cow pasture, keeps deer and calves out. Good luck bro
