man yall need to hush about those long winded races....i love them and believe you can really test a hounds heart....far as the dual purpose dogs i never owned one but have hunted with a man who has raised plotts his entire life and he uses the same dogs for coon and hog he told me the key to it is finding that one dog that has that IT factor and working the heck out of it
