contact garmin directly they will walk you through a trouble shooting process if they cant fix it thaey will ask you to send it in and they will repair it good luck.
Yea, we have already had it replaced once. The garmin is famous for what it did to us yestarday. Especially since the greenery is so dense now. He recalibrated it and then when we got closer to the dog it finally picked him up. If you use a garmin system, its going to happen, it just ticked me off because it ruined the hunt and then a big boar rubbed it in our faces! LOL
