Dinah, I don't think a hunt goes by that I don't cuss mine but, That boar just added insult to injury.
I hate it when I track to a dog that is supposedly bayed, get well within hearing but nothing. About the time I start thinking the worst, the Garmin unfreezes, showing the dang dog a half mile away!
I dont think that was the issue.... i believe that dog was just layed up taking it easy and trying to stay away from you, and when it heard you coming it hauled a$$ !!!!
