Gotcha ill look at trying to make one first if it don't work ill buy one but it sounds simple enough throw a cutting board on the bandsaw cut a strip and sand her smooth.

Exactly .....blank them out to 2" on the table saw and cut the angles with the band or table saw then shape with your belt sander.
