Works well, my duty flashlight is a rechargeable StreamLight 3.4v. I hit it about once a year with my 12v booster pack used to jump off cars. Kills it for 24-36 hours but after that it takes a charge that lasts for several days. Prolly ain't safe but a lot cheaper and lasts longer than a new battery stick for it.
