Will this hunt be on public land or private?

Not sure if we'd be allowed to hunt public land.  Chance's yella dogs really messed up the ecosystem down here.  All those dillars they caught were actually helping the environment, and we did not even know it.   

The big problem with public land would be hunting licenses which you would need on private land.
