IN have been visiting with some hog hunters down there and asked about gutting to the diaphram. I was told they leave the vital organs intact for the inspector and if the organs are clean, the meat is processed. About .75 a kilo dressed they say. Some cool pics from there. Loads of hogs and kangaroos.

be interesting to hear how those Texas dogs take to Australia.
