ben jordan told me his neihbor spent all 1 summer in court over killin a bear that was killin his calves . they were trying to put him in prison, come to find out it was a nuisanse bear that was relocated from arkansas .
the arkansas bears all came from east tn . in my lifetime their have been 2 come through here ( west tn ) on their way home . i got some hunting buddies in missouri that are seeing bears .
i dont beleive its right for wildlife agency's to move nuisance , predator or crop destroying animals in on you and then say if you kill one defending your property , or potentially maybe even a family members life that you can be fined or worse .
MAYBE OUR GOVERNMENT IS JUST GETTING TOO BIG !
