Just watch and learn. Get with people that catch hogs and just watch what they do. You will figure out which style you like. I wouldn't worry bout getting dogs though till you have learned the style of hunt you want to do and feel comfortable doing it yourself. Then buy dogs, trade dogs, borrow dogs whatever you gotta do to have the dogs that suit you.
