Or Hell just go pick up a couple mutts and hit the woods if nobody will take you. Lots of us were not trained to hog hunt we just learned from beating the woods down. I would highly suggest attempting to get someone to show you the ropes so you don't get hurt but its truly up to you on how passionate you are about doin it. Hollar back at us when you have 25 dogs and have had a couple run ins with the game wardens you will be ready to start your training. Lol.   Good luck
