I'll keep my mouth shut though, and just "eat my pea's" cuz I know what happens when those that have the power decide to enforce it.

There are a handful of rules in place on ETHD, some may not be aware of them, and when the rules are broken, the member is warned. If the member continues to ignore the warning, what would you suggest the admins do? How about when the other party of a bad dog deal starts calling and threatening legal action and cease and desist letters to ETHD.... then what would you do? You seem to have a better handle on how ETHD should handle it's business, so let's hear it. It has nothing to do with how any of the admin feel personally about dog traders and crooks. I agree, let's hang em high... It has everything to do with the smooth operation of ETHD. So, I would like to hear your ideas before you go making anymore rude comments directed toward me.
