I know how frustrating that can be, I have been chasing this mountain lion for about two years now with the last 18 months being more of an obsession, this dude is smart back tracks on his own track to throw the dogs off, hits this area where the sand must absorb the scent and I still to this day think he with holds his scent at times (this has caused much debate amongst old time lion hunters who are split 50/50 on this subject)
